Q: ARE APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED?
A: Appointments are required for bridal and bridesmaids in order to deliver the best service possible. Due to us being a smaller boutique, we may not be able to assist you if an appointment isn't made. Appointments are required on Saturdays. Please limit your guests to 4-5 people maximum.  For parties larger than 4-5 people, please call to book your appointment.

Q: WHEN DO I ARRIVE?
A: Please arrive on time for your appointment due to the fact that we do not have a waiting area. In most cases, we have appointments immediately prior and immediately following your appointment so should you arrive early or late, we may not be able to immediately assist you or give you the full time allotted for your appointment. 

Q: WHO SHOULD I BRING?
A: Family and friends who you value their opinion and understand your personal style.  

Q: HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER MY DRESS?
A: We recommend that you order 6-9 months in advance to avoid any stress! If you have a quickly approaching date, we will try to help you in any way you can!

Q: HOW DO I PAY FOR MY DRESS?
A: We accept all forms of payment (cash, check, credit card). For ordering purposes, a 60% deposit is required to order your wedding gown and the remainder is due when your dress arrives.  Dresses sold “off the rack” must be paid in full and no discounts are given.

Q: ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
A: Of course! However, our store is not childproof, so you are responsible for any damages.

Q: MAY WE BRING CHAMPAGNE, IF I KNOW I WILL BE SAYING "YES"?
A: We do allow this, as long as everyone in the group with a beverage is over the legal drinking age. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY OTHER TYPE OF FOOD OR DRINK. By doing this, we maintain the quality of the gowns.

Q: IS PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED?
A: For bridal appointments, yes.

Q: HOW LONG IS MY APPOINTMENT?
A: At Boulevard Bride, we reserve an hour to an hour and a half of time for your bridal appointment. While here, you will be working with a consultant so we can focus on helping you find your dream gown. We strongly encourage your guests to keep the focus on you, so that we can make this experience as fun and easy as possible.

Q: WHAT ABOUT UNDERGARMENTS?
A: Your consultant will assist you with the garments, so we recommend you wear something comfortable, and that you don't mind showing off. Natural colored undergarments, strapless bra, and SPANX are suggested.

Q: DO YOU SHIP ORDERS FROM YOUR STORE IF I LIVE OUT OF TOWN?
A: Yes we do! All orders must be sent directly to Boulevard Bride from the manufacturer. Once they are checked in, you will be notified and you will need to call to verify your current address and to pay an additional shipping charge.
