Meet Our Boulevard Bride: Sarah

June 12, 2018

We are so excited to share our awesome bride, Sarah, with you this week!
From the moment she called us to ask us if we had her black and white
wedding dress, we knew that she was going to be so much fun! We hope
that you enjoy this post and her photos as much as we do!

When And Where Did You Get Married?

“[We were married at] Unity Church of Light in St. Charles. The reception was at All Occasion Banquet Center also in St. Charles.”

What Was The Theme Or Vibe Of Your Wedding?

“We didn’t necessarily have a theme. Everything was about having fun and enjoying each other.”

Who Took Your Wedding Photos?

“Joy Lynn Photography”

Who Did Your Hair And Makeup?

“The ladies at Eclipse Salon in St. Peters are amazing!!”

How Did You And Jesse Meet?

“Jess and I met at a party a week before Thanksgiving in 2010.”

How Did He Propose To You?

“Jess proposed on Christmas day under the Christmas tree. We were taking a family picture and he was in the back behind me holding a sign that said ‘will you marry me?’.  As a girl I wanted to see the picture to make sure I looked ok. It took me a minute to understand what he was doing in the photo, but I turned around and he was on one knee.”

When Did You Know He Was “The One”?

“I knew Jess was the “one” when we were pregnant and having our first daughter. Seeing him with Avery Faye was the most beautiful moment and I knew 100% I needed Jess forever.”

What Is Your Favorite Memory From Your Wedding Day?

“I loved every minute of our wedding, but for me dancing with my Daddy was a favorite moment.”

What Was Your First Dance Song?

“Our song is ‘Cowboys and Angels’ by Dustin Lynch. Every word in that song is us. We live for each other. Plus there is nothing I love more than seeing him in his boots.”

What Is The Best Part Of Being Married?

“The best part of being married is finally having the same name as my children and being able to say he’s my husband.”
