You may not be able to physically come into the store, so we want to bring the Boulevard Bride store to you! Now you can shop for your bridal gown from the comfort and safety of your own home.

SCHEDULE A “GET TO KNOW YOU” CALL
We will call you to chat about your wedding, the theme, your personality, and what you are looking for in your wedding dress. We’ll ask you to share your Pinterest wedding board with us and to send us any #WeddingDressInspo pictures you have saved, pinned, or screenshot-ed.
After your “Get to Know You” call we will schedule your virtual appointment. On your appointment day we will send you and 2 of your guests a Zoom meeting invitation.
Once we have all joined the Zoom call, our bridal consultant will walk you around our store and show you dresses as if you were here with us. Our consultant will show you a collection of dresses that she has put together for you based on everything we learned about you during our “Get to Know You” call. From this curated collection you will then choose 3-5 dresses to see on mannequins. This allows you to see the silhouette, drape of the fabric, and helps you to envision how the dress will look on your body. This is also a great time to play around with bridal accessories like veils, belts, and jewelry!

If you are a bride getting married in Fall/Winter 2020 or Spring 2021, at the end of your virtual appointment you will choose 3 gowns to be sent to you to try on at home.
You can either try on the dresses on your own or schedule a Zoom call with our bridal consultant who will help you through the process in your own home.
For your at-home try on we will provide you with instructions on how to try on the gowns at home, clips to ensure the best fit, a return address label, a measuring tape so if you find the dress we can walk you through taking your measurements to order, and an “I Said Yes to the Dress” sign so when you find your dress you can celebrate and send us a photo!
Who knew finding a wedding dress could be this easy! Once you’ve tried on your dresses and found the one it’s time to pop some champagne and celebrate! Don’t forget to snap a photo and send it to us to post on our social media pages!
VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT PRICING INFORMATION
A $150 security deposit per gown (limit 3) will be charged to your credit card. Your credit card number will be encrypted and securely held in our point of sale system until the gowns are returned to us on a designated, pre-determined date.
If a gown is purchased (YAY!), the entire security deposit will be credited back to you. (shipping is not refunded)
If a gown is not purchased, the entire security deposit will be credited back to you, less a non-refundable $150 service fee.
VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Gowns will be shipped as signature required and insured. The to and from shipping fee is $75 per box and is non-refundable. Our goal will be to fit all 3 gowns in one box, but this will depend on the size of the gowns being shipped.
If you live locally to the boutique, we can coordinate a touch-less pick up, in which case no shipping fee will apply. It is imperative that social distancing be followed when utilizing this option.
A $25/day late fee will be applied if the gowns are not returned by the designated, pre-determined date.
A policy form will need to be signed prior to us sending gowns to you. Fees will apply if gowns are soiled or damaged while in your possession.
Your health and safety is important to us. We will never reuse a box when shipping and will disinfect and steam at a high temperature upon its arrival home to us.
