What to Expect at Your Bridal Appointment

When you arrive, you will be greeted and introduced to your stylist. Your appointment is private and one-on-one, meaning the showroom is yours alone. There are no shared slots or group appointments.

Your stylist will sit down with you for a short conversation before pulling any gowns. They will ask about your wedding venue, season, formality, personal style, and budget. This conversation shapes every gown they pull.

Your stylist will pull a curated selection based on your conversation. You will try on gowns one at a time in a private dressing area. Your stylist will help you into each gown, zip you up, and clip the back to your measurements.

You will step out to a three-way mirror in the showroom. Take your time. Walk around. Sit down. Have your guests take photos (at the end, not during). The goal is to see how the gown feels, not just how it looks.

After the first round, your stylist will ask what you liked and did not like about each gown. This feedback guides the next round of pulls. Most brides try on 6 to 10 gowns across two or three rounds.

Do not be afraid to say no. Your stylist will not be offended. Honest feedback helps them find the right gown faster.

When you find the one, you will know. Some brides cry, some laugh, some go quiet. There is no right way to react. Your stylist will help you with the final look, and you can take photos to celebrate the moment.

When you are ready, we will talk about sizing, ordering timeline, payment plans, and what happens next. You will place a deposit to order the gown, and we will walk you through the entire process from order to pickup.

Your gown will be made to order and shipped to the boutique. Depending on the designer, this takes 2 to 9 months. When it arrives, we will call you to schedule a pickup or your first alterations fitting.

We provide a list of recommended seamstresses for alterations. Alterations are separate from the gown purchase and typically take 2 to 3 months. Plan your alterations timeline accordingly.
